For Vegetarian Children: The Beginning of Wisdom

Vegetarian food provides the perfect nutrition for all stages of toddlers ages, from birth to 1,2,3,4,5,6, and 7 years old and preparing health stages in adulthood.
Baby
The best food for babies is breast milk. If your baby is getting breast milk, soy milk can be a good alternative. Do not use soy milk in the market. Babies have special needs to meet those needs.
Babies do not need additional nutrients other than mother's milk or soy milk during the first few months. Babies also need about 2 hours a week in the sun rays to produce light. Breast milk is required until one year old baby.

At the age of 4 to 5 years, or when the baby's weight would double, other foods can be given in addition. Give a new kind of food every time, at intervals of one to two weeks.
Age 4 to 5 months

Give fruit first. Try mashed bananas, avocados, peaches, or apple stew. Give your baby cereals are fortified with iron. Use rice cereal first to know of allergies.Mix with a little breast milk or soy milk.
Age 6 to 8 months
Could have introduced vegetables. Vegetables should be cooked perfect and refined. Potato, pea, carrot, and beans are good choices. After 8 months, most babies have to eat biscuits, breads, and cereals.
Age 9-12 months
After the age of 8 months, gradually introduce a variety of foods from the 4 groups of healthy foods. Legumes should be perfectly cooked and mashed. Soy milk with added vitamin B12, given at 12 months.
Toddler
Children need calories and nutrients are plentiful, but their stomach smaller. Give more frequent snacks, including food from flour and fruit juice. Limit fruit juice, because it can quickly create full.
Special Instructions
Servings of food should be in accordance with the age and physical needs of children. For safety reasons, small children should avoid nuts. Young children need a lot of fatty foods.
